Why
does InVideo limits how long a video can be published?
InVideo uses a Macromedia Flash technology which can compress and
deliver a high quality but very small video. However the technology
is only limited for a short video and it is not meant for user who
wants to upload large video files. It only serves its purpose to send
a short video clip via email and to make them available online.
If you have a long video, you can define show range (section
of your video) that will be published. |

I set a published video quality?
You can only set the published video quality when you use the following
publish features :
- Make available online
- Make HTML file
- Export to InAlbum |

Why
the published video appear jumpy (skip frames at a certain interval)?
Macromedia Flash plays small to medium size video (smaller than 500x400)
well but it is not designed to play large video. When playing large
video, it might skip a few frames trying to achieve real time playback.
This is also depends on your computer power (speed and memory) and
how busy it is at that time. |

Why
does InVideo fail to send my video by email or upload to a website?
Please make sure you set your anti-virus/firewall to allow InVideo
to access the internet. If you are not sure how, please turn them
off temporarily when you are sending your video by email or upload
to a website.. |
