Capturing is a CPU intensive process. Depending on how big the capture area and how fast your PC is, you may want to introduce a slight delay (30-100ms) between each keyboard press or mouse click. If the problem still occur, try to use longer delay.

Auto caption and highlight area are produced by predicting what button or area is clicked within the desktop or application. Even though the prediction will work most of the time, but at some rare cases it may produce wrong result. When this happen, you can fix the mistake by adjusting the highlight area and typing the caption manually.
